Home addresses left off on purpose. The current site publishes this roster as a PDF that includes every director's full home street address. Names and roles are ordinary transparency for a non-profit board; eleven volunteers' home addresses on a public web page are a different thing, and probably not what anyone intended when the file was made.
Meetings
The annual meeting is held each spring — May 5 in 2026, at Cambria Suites in Maple Grove. Presentations are posted afterward.

ArchiveWho we work with
The association doesn't have regulatory authority over anything. Nearly every project runs through one of these.
City of Maple Grove
Owns and operates the dam. Approves drawdown requests before they go to the state, and handles shoreline and trail projects.
Minnesota DNR
Issues the drawdown and aeration permits, tracks invasive species, and keeps the statewide ice-in and ice-out records.
Elm Creek Watershed
The watershed management commission for the 100+ square miles draining through Rice Lake.
Three Rivers Parks
Elm Creek Park Reserve, immediately upstream.
About this mockup
This is an unofficial redesign concept, not the association's website. Every fact, date and document link on it was taken from the live site at ricelakemn.com in September 2026. Document links still point at the real site.
Two things were deliberately left out: the dues rosters naming members, and the board members' home addresses. Both are public on the current site today.
