Home addresses left off on purpose. The current site publishes this roster as a PDF that gives every director's full home street address. Names and roles are ordinary transparency for a non-profit board. Eleven volunteers' home addresses on a public web page are a different thing, and probably not what anyone intended when the file was made.
Meetings
The annual meeting runs each spring, most recently on May 5, 2026 at Cambria Suites in Maple Grove. Presentations go up afterwards.
Who we work with
The association has regulatory authority over nothing at all. Nearly every project runs through one of these.
City of Maple Grove
Owns and operates the dam, approves drawdown requests before they go to the state, and handles shoreline and trail projects.
Minnesota DNR
Issues the drawdown and aeration permits, tracks invasive species, and keeps the statewide ice records.
Elm Creek Watershed
Manages the hundred-plus square miles that drain through Rice Lake.
Three Rivers Parks
Elm Creek Park Reserve, immediately upstream.

This is an unofficial redesign concept, not the association's website. Every fact, date and document link came from the live site at ricelakemn.com in September 2026, and the document links still point there.
Two things were left out on purpose: the dues rosters that name members, and the board members' home addresses. Both are public on the current site today.
